Ingredients
One capsule contains: Roxatidine Acetate Hydrochloride 37.5 mg.
Additives: Refined sucrose, corn starch, and 3 other ingredients. Capsule body: Titanium dioxide, gelatin, and sodium lauryl sulfate.
Indications
Improvement of gastric mucosal lesions (erosion, bleeding, redness, edema) in patients with gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, anastomotic ulcers, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, reflux esophagitis, and gastric mucosal lesions (erosion, bleeding, redness, edema) before anesthesia; acute gastritis; acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis.
Dosage and administration
● Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, anastomotic ulcer, reflux esophagitis <br>Usually, the adult main ingredient is 75mg twice daily (after breakfast, before bedtime, or after dinner). Alternatively, it can be 150mg once daily before bedtime.
For children, the main ingredient is 37.5mg once a day for those weighing less than 30kg and 75mg once a day for those weighing more than 30kg. The dosage is twice a day (after breakfast, before bedtime, or after dinner).
The dosage can be adjusted according to the symptoms.
●Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: The usual adult dosage is 75 mg twice daily (after breakfast, before bedtime, or after dinner) .
For children, the main ingredient is 37.5mg once a day for children weighing less than 30kg, and 75mg once a day for children weighing more than 30kg. The dosage is twice a day (after breakfast, before bedtime, or after dinner).
The dosage can be adjusted according to the symptoms.
●Pre-anesthesia medication <br>Usually, the adult main component is taken twice orally: once before bedtime on the day before surgery and once two hours before anesthesia induction on the day of surgery. Alternatively, a single dose of 150mg can be taken orally before bedtime on the day before surgery.
Typically, for children, the main ingredient is 37.5mg once for those weighing less than 30kg and 75mg once for those weighing more than 30kg. The two doses are taken orally twice, once before bedtime the day before surgery and once two hours before anesthesia administration on the day of surgery.

General fatigue, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes [liver dysfunction, jaundice]
Muscle pain, weakness in the limbs, brown urine [rhabdomyolysis]
