Ingredients
One tablet contains: Nifedipine 40mg
Additives: Hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, ferric oxide, aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol 4000, titanium dioxide, lactose hydrate
Indications
The usual dosage is as follows, which may be increased or decreased according to symptoms. Please follow your doctor's instructions.
●For adults with hypertension, the main ingredient is 20-40 mg once daily. However, start with 10-20 mg daily and increase the dosage as needed.
If the doctor's assessment is that 40mg a day is not effective, the dosage can be increased to 40mg twice a day.
● Renal parenchymal hypertension, renovascular hypertension <br />Adults take 20-40 mg of the main ingredient once daily. However, start with 10-20 mg daily and increase the dosage as needed.
● Angina pectoris, variant angina pectoris: Adults take 40mg of the main ingredient once daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to symptoms, with a maximum dose of 60mg per day.
Precautions
●The main side effects are as follows. Please consult a doctor if you experience any of them.
- Headache, facial flushing (hot flashes), palpitations, jaundice, chest pain, upper abdominal pain, rash, itching, photosensitivity, purpura, angioedema, thickened gums, anemia, difficulty breathing, gynecomastia, etc.
● If you occasionally experience the following symptoms, they may be early signs of side effects. If you do not use the product, please stop using it immediately and consult a doctor.
- Redness/peeling of the skin all over the body, fever, general malaise [erythroderma (exfoliative dermatitis)]
- Headache/fever, sore throat, muscle pain [agranulocytosis]
- Nosebleeds, bruising, bleeding/uncontrollable [thrombocytopenia]
- General malaise, yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes, loss of appetite [liver dysfunction, jaundice]
- Weakened consciousness, disorganized thinking, and impaired judgment [disorder of consciousness]
