<Enema Method>
1. Place this product directly in warm water until it reaches approximately 40°C (body temperature).
2. Using the rectal tube markings (3, 6, 10 cm) as a reference, adjust the insertion depth by sliding the stop (adults: 6-10 cm, children: 3-6 cm, infants: 3-4 cm).
3. Hold the rectal tube firmly, turn the cap to remove it.
4. Moisten the insertion part of the plug tip with a small amount of the contents, or apply a lubricant such as olive oil or petroleum jelly to make it easier to insert into the anus.
5. After expelling the air from the container, gently insert the rectal tube into the anus until the plug is in place.
6. Forcibly inserting the rectal tube can easily damage the rectal mucosa; be careful to insert it slowly.
7. Hold the plug in place with one hand and slowly inject the enema solution into the rectum.
8. After the enema is administered, gently remove the rectal tube and press the anal area with absorbent cotton.
9. Usually, after 3-10 minutes, the urge to defecate will increase, and then you can defecate.
