Calpronium Chloride Topical Solution 5% "CH" is a quaternary ammonium salt topical antibacterial disinfectant, with calpronium chloride as its main component. This drug exerts a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect by disrupting the cell membranes of microorganisms, and is effective against a variety of bacteria, fungi, and some viruses. It is suitable for the adjunctive treatment of superficial skin and mucous membrane infections and for preoperative disinfection, such as small wounds, abrasions, and folliculitis.
