The following patients are prohibited from using this medication:

    1. Patients with localized tuberculous, purulent infections, or viral diseases: The hydrocortisone contained in this medication may worsen these conditions.
    2. Patients with localized fungal infections (candidiasis, tinea, etc.): The hydrocortisone contained in this medication may worsen the fungal infection.
    3. Patients with a history of allergy to this drug.
    4. Patients with a history of allergy to hydrocortisone.

IV. Precautions

    1. Special populations
      • Pregnant women : Use only when the benefits of treatment outweigh the risks; avoid large doses or prolonged use.
      • For breastfeeding mothers : The benefits of treatment and the nutritional benefits of breast milk should be considered together before deciding whether to continue or stop breastfeeding.
      • Children, etc .: Reports indicate that large or long-term use of steroid drugs may lead to developmental disorders, so special attention should be paid to avoid long-term use.
      • Elderly patients : The patient's condition needs to be observed when administering the medication, as elderly patients are generally more prone to side effects.
    2. Medication guidance
      • In principle, this drug should not be used when there is a local infection or fungal infection; if it must be used, appropriate antibacterial or antifungal agents should be used first, or combination therapy with these drugs should be considered.
      • Prolonged continuous use may cause symptoms similar to those of systemic medication, and should be avoided.
      • Close observation is necessary during medication use. If any abnormalities occur, appropriate measures such as discontinuing use should be taken.
      • Continuous use may cause increased intraocular pressure, glaucoma, and posterior capsule cataracts. Regular check-ups are recommended.
      • Large doses or long-term use may suppress the function of the pituitary and adrenal cortex systems, so extra caution is required.
    3. Drug storage : Store at room temperature.

V. Adverse Reactions

    1. Allergic reaction
      • Incidence rate 0.1-5% Incomplete: Itching.
      • Incidence unknown: contact dermatitis, erythema, rash, skin irritation.
    2. Digestive system reaction : Incidence 0.1% Incomplete bowel movement: Urgency to defecate.
    3. Other adverse reactions
      • Skin: Incidence unknown, fungal infections (candidiasis, tinea, etc.), viral infections, and bacterial infections of the skin and genital area.
      • Eye: Incidence unknown. It can cause retinal disorders and proptosis due to central serous chorioretinopathy, and may also lead to glaucoma and posterior capsule cataract (incidence unknown).
      • Endocrine system: Incidence unknown, but suppressed function of the pituitary and adrenal cortex systems (more likely to occur with high doses or long-term use).
      • Other: Incidence rate 0.1% - Incomplete, discomfort at the applicable site.

VI. Drug Interactions

No information was provided regarding drug interactions.

VII. Pharmacological effects

    1. Moderating biofilm function : No information was mentioned regarding the modification of biofilm function.
    2. Improvement of metabolic abnormalities : No information was mentioned regarding improvement of metabolic abnormalities.

      • Granulation tissue formation promoting effect : The suspended liquid of dead Escherichia coli promotes granulation tissue formation and accelerates wound healing (rat experiment).
      • Anti-inflammatory effects : Hydrocortisone has anti-inflammatory effects such as inhibiting increased vascular permeability, inhibiting heat inflammation, and inhibiting edema (rat experiments).
      • Synergistic effect : Based on the synergistic effect of dead Escherichia coli suspension and hydrocortisone, this drug exerts local infection defense, granulation tissue formation promotion and anti-inflammatory effects (rat and mouse experiments).
