Dosage and administration
●For gout, the usual adult dose is 1 or 2 tablets (main ingredient 25mg or 50mg) taken orally once a day. The maintenance dose is 2 tablets taken orally once to 3 times a day (main ingredient 50mg or 150mg).
The dosage can be adjusted according to the symptoms.
● Hypertension accompanied by hyperuricemia is usually treated with adults by taking 2 tablets once or 3 times a day (main ingredient 50mg or 150mg) orally.

Precautions
1. Perform liver function tests before use to confirm the absence of liver dysfunction [see "Contraindications"].
2. **Severe liver dysfunction is typically detected within the first 6 months of use with this medication. Therefore, regular checkups are recommended for at least the first 6 months of use.
In addition, liver function should be checked regularly after 6 months of use. [See "Contraindications"]
3. Do not start using this medication until the acute gout attack has subsided.
4. This medication has a significant effect on lowering blood uric acid levels. However, it may trigger gout attacks in the early stages of its use.
5. If the urine is acidic, the patient may be prone to uric acid stones and related symptoms such as hematuria and renal colic. To prevent this, increase urine volume and alkalinity by drinking more water.
In addition, attention should be paid to the patient's acid-salt balance in this situation.

1. **Reports indicate that severe liver damage primarily occurs within 6 months of initial use, leading to serious complications such as death. Therefore, liver function must be monitored regularly for at least 6 months after initiation of use. Closely monitor the patient's condition; if abnormal liver function or jaundice is observed, discontinue use immediately and administer appropriate treatment.**
2. Side effects such as liver dysfunction may occur. Please explain this to the patient in detail. If symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea/vomiting, general malaise, abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever, dark urine, or yellowing of the conjunctiva occur, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.

1. Patients with liver disorders (may experience worsening of liver function).
2. Patients with kidney stones or severe liver dysfunction may experience increased uric acid excretion in their urine, leading to worsening symptoms. Additionally, there may be undesirable effects.

4. Patients who are allergic to or have a history of allergies to any of the ingredients in this medication.
